After seeing SeLoger battle hard against Axel Springer's initial offer of 34 Euros per share the German media company has upped its bit by 12 percent to 38.05 Euros per share. It seems to have been exactly what SeLoger was waiting for.
According the French press the timing of the bid is entirely down to the new voting proposal that SeLoger was set to put to its shareholders this week. Emmanuel P
