Today in the US is Bill of Rights day, which involves a celebration of the 220-year-old First Amendment*. At a time when many project the death of newspapers, the Knight Foundation and the American Society of News Editors (ASNE)  have collaborated on this Twitter-based FreeToTweet competitio
