LinkedIn's revenue jumped year over year by a whopping 81 percent, and recruitment was a huge factor in that jump. Sales of its Talent Solutions products for recruiters grew 95 percent year over year, and now make up 55 percent of the firm's total revenue, according to the Q3 2012 earnings call.
