Revenue from online prostitution ads drops to 23-month low

Revenue from online prostitution advertising on five websites tracked by the AIM Group dropped to $2.8 million in October, reaching its lowest point since December 2010 and resuming a decline that started in April this year. Revenue from the sale of escort ads and body-rub ads, both euphemisms for prostitution, peaked in April 2012 at $3.3 million, according to conservative estimates by the AIM
