Hiring managers searching passive candidates? Perhaps not so much

There’s much talk about the importance of passive candidates, and their value to hiring managers. At least one HR veteran says that these folks only talk a good game about their attempts to engage passive candidates, however. Most, he says, still conduct what he calls the “post and pray” method of hiring. ..
