Spir Communication reveals ‘stable’ Q4 figures

‘Stable’ is Spir’s term for its 542.5 million Euro turnover – though the Figaro newspaper is one of a number of less kind observers that prefer to point to a slight dip of 0.5 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2012.
