New multi-unit housing construction slows U.S. rent increases, says Trulia

For the first time in about a year, increases in asking prices of homes for sale in the U.S. have outpaced rental increases, the latest Trulia report finds. ┬áThe drop in rental price increase is due to an abundance of new multi-family construction.Here's the announcement:
