Recruiters say social media best recruitment opportunity, reports Bullhorn by Jim Townsend in Recruitment 05 Feb 2013 In its 2013 North American Staffing and Recruiting Report, recruitment software firm Bullhorn found that 98.2 percent of hiring managers and recruiters used social media to help find new employees in 2012, up from 94 percent the prior year. Of these social recruiters, 97.3 percent used LinkedIn to look for hires. A little over 19 percent used Google+, and more than 3 percent used Pinterest.
