Zillow reports record revenue, 47% visitor jump, huge marketing push

Real estate and rental listing firm Zillow reported record  Q4 2012 revenue, and a 77 percent growth of revenue year-over-year for all of 2012.  The year's net income leaped to  $5.9 million, from only $1.1 million in 2011.Marketplace sales were up YOY 105 percent, with the Premier Agent product for real estate practitioners providing the bulk of that revenue.  Mobile tr
