INM South Africa sold to mystery buyer

Irish media group Independent News & Media (INM) and a consortium headed by Cape Town-based investment firm Sekunjalo signed a binding agreement earlier this month for the consortium to acquire "the entire issued share capital of INM South Africa for R2 billion".The media statement released at the time is published below.
