Of U.S. home buyers, 42% start their home search online, NAR finds

In its 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) determined that 92 percent of U.S. home buyers included the Internet in their search for their ideal home; 42 percent of these searches began online.
