Nokaut buys 22 percent of Morizon

Grupa Nokaut, owner of Poland's leading price comparison site Nokaut.pl, acquired 22.4 percent of Morizon for 5.9 million Polish zloty ($1.9 million U.S.) in cash, the company said.
