When Naspers announced Bob van Dijk as the successor of Koos Bekker, it said Van Dijk was chosen because e-commerce (including classifieds) will be Naspers’ main focus in coming years and Van Dijk was well-equipped on that front.Van Dijk moved into the hot seat yesterday and now it is (perhaps) natural for outsiders to observe Naspers closely for any signs of policy changes. And, Bingo!
