New Carfax owner IHS just rolled out a top-notch new advertising campaign to draw attention to its new Carfax Used Car Listings . While the snazzy new platform's name is dull as dishwater, the  marketplace upgrade far surpasses what the vehicle-history vendor offered in prior years

Sharon Hill
