RecruitiFi brings gamification to recruitment

RecruitiFi, which fills positions through interactions with its database of recruiters, has just gamified the commission structure by which it rewards those recruiters. Now, a recruiter gets paid not only for the candidate that gets hired but the others who were quality fits as well. Here's the announcement:
