Telegraaf Media Group revenue drops 5% in Q1

The revenue of Dutch media company Telegraaf Media Group (TMG) declined from €130 million to €124 million ($171 million U.S.) year-on-year in the first quarter on difficult economic conditions that caused a drop in advertising and circulation revenue, the company said today.Profit before tax dropped 23 percent to €7.6 million. Anastasia Gnezditskaia

Anastasia Gnezditskaia has joined AIM Group in 2014 as a writer/analyst covering France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Eastern Europe. A Russian living in Antwerp, Belgium, she has a background working for trade publications covering markets and their regulation.
