According to the LinkedIn Talent blog, about 2 percent of the recruiters on its site are just blindly sending out bulk InMails to un-targeted prospective job candidates, and getting fewer than 13 percent response. That’s not okay with LinkedIn, because it hurts its overall success story in Talent Solutions.
