HomeAdvisor buys into, adds MhelpDesk

Service providers offering their services on  HomeAdvisor service marketplace will soon have some administrative assistance, thanks to HomeAdvisor’s majority buy-in of MhelpDesk. HomeAdvisor might have some advertiser sales help as well.
