LoopNet raises fees; CRE brokers irate

Commercial real estate listing veteran LoopNet, owned by Forbes-lauded CoStar Group, which also owns Apartments.com, has raised its fees to advertisers. We’ve learned from one insider that the price hike is about 27 percent. For some brokers them’s fightin’ words.
