NAR reports on home buyer, seller trends

In its 2014 Buyer and Seller Generational Trends report, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) determined that Gen Y ( ages 20 to 32) makes up the largest group of U.S. home buyers, at 31 percent, followed closely by Gen X (ages 38 to 48) , at 30 percent. Of the Gen Y homeowners, 76 percent are buying their first house.
