Auction.com sued for alleged shill bidding

Auction.com is being sued in California state court by Village at Redlands Group. The non-profit retirement-community owner  bid $5.35 million on Redlands-area  cottages for sale, but lost due to what it claims was an illegal agreement among Auction.com, RES – loan holder of the property for sale –  and Rialto Capital, the real estate agent involved.
