Costco makes $3.5 mil via conjectured EBay buyer Alibaba

Seattle, Wash.-based wholesaler Costco is headed more extensively into China after its trial sales on Alibaba netted it $3.5 million in one day. In October Costco signed with Alibaba and its TMall e-commerce platform, to test the platform with sales of some of its product line.
