Redfin tool jumps multiple offers 20%

Technology-focused real estate brokerage Redfin, which landed $71 million in expansion funding at the end of 2014, has developed a very impressive data-reliant tool for seller agents. This new “Last Call for Offers” has increased multiple offers on homes for sale by 20 percent.
