Realtor.com wants to add sold data

Realtor.com has approached various multiple listing services about providing sold homes data, according to Inman News. The data would provide consumers with agent transaction history.

It’s a good idea, since Zillow Group has long had sold data. But the reason behind it points out one of Realtor.com’s biggest stumbling block –
