Schibsted takes control of Shpock app

Updated Sunday, 13 September, with additional information   Naspers won’t be alone in the mobile classified / e-commerce space with its LetGo app. Schibsted Classified Media has acquired an additional 9 percent of Shpock, which describes itself as a mobile flea-market app, increasing its stake from 82 percent to 91 percent and taking control of its parent company, Finderly Gm
