McLaughlin gets more responsibility at Lamudi

Lamudi (Lamudi.com), the real estate classified platform operated by Rocket Internet, delegated Michael McLaughlin the task of managing communications in emerging markets.

McLaughlin replaced Steven Cuffari, and fastened his seat belt to look after Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar and Pakistan as content marketing manager.

“I am very excited to take over management of communications at Lamudi Pakistan,” he said.

McLaughlin told us the housing market in Pakistan is on a very positive trajectory, with a number of exciting projects currently under construction.

“As the market grows, Lamudi Pakistan will be there to help people find their perfect properties from the thousands showcased on the site,” he said.

A qualified chartered accountant from Ireland, Berlin-based McLaughlin has eight years of working experience, including as a senior audit at Ernst & Young. He joined Lamudi in the middle of last year.
