launches 360-degree technology

10 Aug 2016, the No. 2 in Italy’s online real estate market owned casa logoby the Australian REA Group, rolled a revamped site out with new services. Among the new functions, is 360-degree image technology, which no other real estate site in Italy has.

The technology needs just a single snapshot to reproduce the entire room. According to Luca Rossetto, general manager at, this modality revolutionizes the way one looks at pictures of properties, in the sense that it offers users a fully immersive, enhanced experience of the property.

The new site is “cleaner” and the more minimalistic design improves the user journey around the site,  allowing users to find all the information they need quicker, with more user-friendly navigation.

Other changes on the site include larger pictures on the search-results page, a new gallery with all-round visibility, and the possibility to mark the property on Google Maps and Street View.
