Suumo, the Japanese real estate site operated by Recruit Holdings,  finished the 3D modeling of 11 new metropolitan condominiums to give its users an immersive visual experience of apartment rooms.

Now, the users can see the virtual reality content of a total of 16 properties using 3D virtual reality goggles.

Founded in 2009, Suumo (an acronym of support useful and unique for most one) deals in buying, selling and rental of real estate. It says 11 percent of Japan’s 127 million population uses Suumo.

The free 3D data works with 4.4 or higher and IOS 8.4 or higher.

The company said it received a favorable response from its users since the launch of VR technology last year. It’s recently introduced thumbnail view and VR display map and improved lens performance and other enhancements of its VR technology.
