France’s SeLoger launches 3-D viewing of properties

14 Nov 2016

Since last week, visitors to SeLogerNeuf, the new real estate site of SeLoger, the dominant French site for professionals owned by Axel Springer, have been viewing listed properties in 3-D format.

Enabled by a French tech vendor Artefacto, the 3-D viewing is available both on desktop and mobile, along with 3-D drawings of premises. The user simply clicks on the 3-D option underneath a listing’s main photo as, for example, here.

French real estate sites, along with leading real estate agencies, have been actively pursuing advanced property-viewing technologies lately. For example, a real estate site owned by, the top real estate agency in France, also recently launched 3-D viewing. In addition, French start-up Habiteo offers 3-D viewing for new properties.

3-D viewing, along with geo-localization of properties, have been the two most salient trends among France’s real estate classifieds lately.
