Infostud acquires real estate site 4zida in Serbia

Infostud, one of the biggest internet groups in Serbia, purchased the real estate site from its founders for an undisclosed amount.

On the real estate market, Infostud now competes with such sites as Ringer Axel Springer’s (the largest site), Rezon Media’s, and Monday Media’s was launched in 2009, and quickly built its position as one of the leading real estate verticals in Serbia.

The site stands out from its local competitors by providing descriptions and reviews on the different districts in the cities, written by residents and realtors that live or operate in the areas. Also, it is possible to compare the price asked for a property with the average price in the same area, as well as the price per square meter.

On Dec. 2, there were 43,199 listings on the site. In Oct. 2016 it received 46,000 visits, according to SimilarWeb.

Earlier this year, 4zida was relaunched with a new look and in a responsive design. The site also launched an app for the Android platform.
