After a year of heading the e-recruitment division of Belgium’s De Persgroep, Lena Oliver accepted the position of chief operating officer (COO) at, the fast-growing start-up for programmatic job ads in Amsterdam.

At, Oliver will be responsible for company growth in the Netherlands and internationally.

The start-up launched last year, currently has 22 employees, and will employ another 23 before year-end, according to the site.

Oliver (LinkedIn profile here) spent nearly five years in various roles at Monster. Before Monster, she worked for about six years as country head of LinkedIn’s talent solutions. 

From Monster she went to De Persgroep as commercial director of De Persgroep Employment Solutions, operator of a number of leading job sites in the Netherlands, including and (our report here).

Launched in 2016, has developed a technology to advertise vacancies in social media, apps and Google.

It claims to reach candidates at the right time, and at the place relevant to them. won a Recruitment Tech Award last year, to become one of the Netherlands’ start-ups of the year 2016.
