Zillow Group acquires New Home Feed

12 Sep 2017

Zillow Group has added a new notch to its vast, real-estate classified advertising belt. The company acquired New Home Feed, a listing management platform and marketing tool for home builders. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New Home Feed joins other Zillow subsidiaries, including Trulia, HotPads, Naked Apartments and StreetEasy.

As a “tool many of our builder customers currently use, New Home Feed felt like a natural extension of our current services”, Tony Small, Zillow group vice president of emerging marketplaces, said in a statement.

Incorporating New Home Feed’s tool set will make it easier for Zillow Group partners to improve the quality and accuracy of their new construction listings, he added.

That integration seems to be well on its way: The home page of New Home Feed now reads in large letters, “Now owned and operated by Zillow Group”.
