Chinese apartment rental service provider Ziroom (自如), has raised a remarkable 4 billion RMB ($621 million U.S.) in a series A round led by private-equity firm Warburg Pincus, along with Sequoia Capital, Tencent Holdings Ltd. and seven other firms. Chinese property developer Sunac also joined the round.
