Dubizzle.com, one of the leading classifieds in the Middle East and North Africa region, announced acquisitions with two Dubai-based companies, Expat Wheels and WeCashAnyCar, according to Arabian Business.

The investments mark Dubizzle’s first acquisitions under the motors section and will allow car sellers to use two new services. Sell it For Me manages the end-to-end sales process, while Cash it For Me is a liquid and transparent live auction platform connected to Dubizzle’s 600+ professional dealers.

Expat Wheels was founded in 1994 and is designed to take over managing ad listing, buyer negotiation, and RTA transfer for sellers, while ensuring the car is sold at a fair market price.

Sell it For Me starts with a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle’s conditions and an estimate of its market price by Expat Wheels. Once the bottom price is agreed with the seller, Expat Wheels will photograph, advertise and feature the car on Dubizzle Motors as a “verified car” and manage all inquiries, viewings, and negotiations, as well as handle the transfer process at RTA.

This service costs AED 499 ($135 U.S), which is paid online through Dubizzle. Once the car is sold, a success fee of AED 2500 will be deducted from the sale price.

WeCashAnyCar was founded three years ago and is designed to help sellers get the highest possible value from their car; without the hassle of selling it themselves, negotiating the price, or dealing with extended paperwork processes.

Dubizzle, which launched in 2005, received 10.8 million visitors in Feb (Source: SimilarWeb). The site is part of the OLX Group which operates a network of online trading platforms in over 40 countries.
