In  Turkey, competition between the country’s leading real estate verticals seems to be intensifying. While,, and regularly compete for online and outdoor advertising space, they’ve recently taken their fight to television. leads the pack with the most traffic and listings. The site saw an average of just under 15 million visitors a month over the last six months, according to SimilarWeb, and is home to around 947, 180 listings. Comparatively, saw an average of 6.5 million visitors during the same period and is home to 462, 969 listings while saw 6.1 million visitors and 202, 018 agent listings. has been airing television ads for a long time already while Zingat started doing the same last year. Now,  Emlakjet has joined the party with an ad that started airing earlier this month.  The site’s new TV spot features a local celebrity and focuses on it’s localized search features. 

There are eight different verticals in the Turkish real estate market. Under horizontals, offers the biggest range of real estate offerings, but Letgo, who entered the market about a month ago, may pose a serious threat considering its impressive growth in the country so far.
