Vietnamese staffing firm Navigos Group is set to start offering resume writing and job interview training to students; in an effort to extend their employment opportunities after graduation.

The company is owned by Japanese recruitment conglomerate En-Japan Inc. It owns and operates VietnamWorks.com and a jobs site for c-suite professionals in Vietnam called Primus.vn.

The training programs are part of the group’s corporate social responsibility strategy for 2018. It signed its first agreement relating to the strategy with the Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics in February.

“Besides training students at universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in 2018, Navigos Search will begin to provide training courses for students from vocational colleges,” the company said in a statement.

Founded in 2002, the Ho Chi Minh City-based Navigos Group provides online recruitment, human resource consulting and aptitude test services. The company was acquired by En-Japan for $22 million U.S. in 2013, according to Crunchbase.
