Investis has bought a 40% stake in Swiss proptech startup YetiVisit, the company said in a news statement. Both companies have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

YetiVisit provides an automated online tool to build immersive 360° virtual tours of homes for sale or rental; simply using a smartphone. The company also offers a range of other services including virtual home staging and 3D 360° virtual tours created from floor plans or non-existing properties. It then generates sharing and integration links for use on social media and real estate sites.

All 360° virtual tours are “VR” ready and viewable on most virtual reality masks like the Google Cardboard
