Two interesting opportunities at Schibsted Marketplaces

Two unusual openings in the Schibsted Marketplaces team: a head of advertising, based in London, and a legal counsel for marketplaces, based in Oslo.

The advertising position, listed on LinkedIn (with only a handful of views as of this writing), includes responsibility for defining product strategy for ads; reviewing ad technology, booking and CRM systems; launching a “programmatic knowledge center,” and serving as a product lead for internally developed advertising initiatives. Schibsted describes it as a “mid-senior level” position, and says, “If you are driven, ambitious, not afraid of challenges and thrive on finding new solutions, we want to hear from you!”

You have to be a lawyer (no surprise there) to apply for the legal position, with five years of experience in business law. The position is focused on contracts and technology-related issues; “experience with privacy / GDPR is also a plus.” Some travel is expected.
