, one of the leading real estate websites in the United Arab Emirates, has launched the country’s first Arabic real estate blog.

The Arabic version of the website’s popular blog “MyBayut” will cater to Arabic-speaking Emiratis, GCC nationals and expatriates. The lack of a blog in the region’s native language has been a surprising omission until now.

Since its launch in 2008, Bayut has provided an Arabic version of its leading real estate website, enabling its listings to be available to the entire region.

“At Bayut our goal is to help renters and investors make sound real estate decisions through market reports and area guides. Our blog MyBayut was created in-line with this vision to make beneficial property information available to a wider audience. And now, the launch of our Arabic blog will share these insights with an even larger demographic”, CEO Haider Ali Khan said.

“It is imperative for a business to integrate the native spoken language of the country in which it is operational. And, our connection to the Arabic language goes back to our brand name itself, which is the Arabic term for homes”, he added.

With close to 100000 property listings, Bayut is highly data-driven and regularly publishes UAE real estate trends and monthly market reports, all of which are featured on the MyBayut blog.

The site received 560,000 total monthly visitors in April, according to SimilarWeb.
