Agora grows digital revenue and profit

Agora’s internet division includes job sites GazetaPraca.pl and GoldenLine.pl, auto site Autotrader.pl, real estate site Domiporta.pl, support site Trader.com (Poland), programmatic-ad-optimizer Yieldbird and performance-marketing agent Optimizers.
Revenue from the division amounted to 40.2 million Polish zlotys ($11.1 million U.S.) in Q1 of FY2018 — up from 39 million Polish zlotys in Q1 of FY2017.
Higher sales numbers at Yieldbird has the biggest impact on the segment’s revenue. Total revenue for the segment could have been higher, had it not been for lower revenue numbers from the company’s recruitment and real estate verticals.
Agora Internet division’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBIDTA) amounted to 3.8 million Polish zloty ($1.1 million U.S.) in Q1 of FY2018; which was 245.5 percent more than in FY2016 and up from 1.1 million Polish zlotys in Q1 last year.
