In response to recent data privacy regulations, job board Allas.hu has just added a special ping function which lets recruiters search for and communicate with suitable candidates anonymously, in under a minute.
The search is launched automatically, once a listing is posted on a job board. During the database search, candidates stay anonymous, to meet the demands of the General Data Protection Regulations adopted in the EU this week. Candidates’ identities are only revealed to recruiters when they indicate that they’re interested in the job.
The Allas.hu database currently contains 115,000 profiles. For EUR 420 ($492 U.S.), recruiters get access to the database for 30 days, with real-time criteria-based resume searches and unlimited CV downloading.
The site was launched last year (we reported here).
