Turkish real estate vertical Hurriyetemlak.com has joined forces with real estate technology company Homsters to provide potential home buyers with all the information they need about new developments in the country.
The result of their collaboration, called Hurriyet Projeland, was launched in March with details about more than 3, 000 new development projects. Users can use the site to find technical details, construction visuals, 360-degree images of the projects, 3D visuals and promotional material related to developments they’re interested in.
The site reportedly sent 3, 000 leads to construction companies during its first month of operation.
Homsters CEO Andrew Olejnik explained that the two companies have taken an alternative business model approach with Hurriyet Projeland. “Construction companies only pay us when we direct the home buyers to them.” He said it’s important for the site to list the most accurate an current project information possible, to entice potential buyers. “Both buyers and construction companies make a profit from this process. Home buyers find a home fast and easily while construction companies are introduced to serious buyers.”
