Japanese social recruiting site Wantedly has introduced a special page for the corporate sector to post side-job vacancies or part-time jobs.

Wantedly said the objective of the category is to promote jobs that aren’t time-bound. It was launched in response to a high demand for weekend work. Listings for outsourced and contractual jobs on the site have grown 185 percent to 17, 000 listings in the last year.

Wantedly Inc. was launched in Japan in 2012 and runs a simple notification service (SNS) in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Germany. It’s the largest career networking platform in the country with more than 25,000 registered companies. The SNS has more than two million monthly users.

Other major jobs sites in Japan include RikunabiNextBaitoruNext, and Mid-tenshoku.com.
