Rozee.pk, Pakistan’s biggest jobs site in terms of traffic, now allows job-seekers to create audio profiles by recording answers to the most common questions asked by employers.
A job-seeker can create his or her audio profile free of any charge as an introductory offer from the jobs marketplace. Candidates can sign up by entering their name, email address and mobile phone number. Once submitted, users are then asked to dial a short code “8769” to record their answers; which are tagged as a file on their profile.
The new feature will certainly help the jobs site maintain its market leadership and attract users, as well as employers. It’s already providing services to more than 50,000 employers.
Owned by Naseeb Networks, Rozee.pk was launched in 2002. Naseeb also runs recruitment site Mihnati.com in Saudi Arabia. The group raised $6.53 million U.S. in a Series C funding round, led by venture capital firms Vostok Nafta and Piton Capital, in 2015. Its funding has surpassed $8.5 million U.S. in total.
