A Delhi-based govtech startup ItzEasy is the latest addition to Quikr‘s long line of strategic partnerships in India. Itzeasy helps reduce the hassle associated with government documentation processes.

The partnership will allow the general classifieds site to offer RTO (Regional Transport Office) and passport procurement services. The site will handle the marketing aspects, while ItzEasy will handle the core operations. The services will be listed under Quikr’s QuikrEasy section and ItzEasy will complete the delivery, Economical Times reported.

ItzEasy has a presence in 200 Indian cities and intends to expand to 600 cities by the end of 2019. The agreement will allow Quikr to strengthen its delivery network, while ItzEasy gets access to the horizontal’s vast customer base.

ItzEasy’s expansion plans are likely to gain momentum following the partnership. Founded in January 2015, the company works to simplify government documentation processes, which can otherwise be laborious.

Quikr has been implementing a verticalization strategy recently, acquiring new verticals and entering into partnerships. A significant chunk of its revenues in the past fiscal year is attributed to its verticals.
