CosPlayersArchive, a social network for cosplayers* in Japan, has launched a job-matching site for cosplay industry at Job.Cosp.jp.

The job site is a one-stop talent hub for companies who need cosplay models, companions, photographers, creative staffs, concept developers, designers and studio hands.

Users who are already registered with CosPlayersArchive don’t need to register to set up their profiles. They can also log in from Twitter. Job-seekers will get private email alerts for jobs matching their skills.

Corporate members get access to a dedicated page to manage recruitment tasks. They can communicate with job-applicants through a message board, according to AnimeNewsNetwork.

Industry-specific job sites are becoming commonplace in Japan’s tight labor market. MyNavi Corp. operates job site for manufacturing industry at MyNavi-Seizo.jpPharma.MyNavi.jp for pharmacists and Kango.MyNavi.jp for nursing staff.

Living Technologies Inc. (formerly C-Style) launched Sumaistar.com/Shokai last year to address the chronic shortage of real estate and housing workers (we reported on it here). En-Japan Inc. operates the IT industry-specific job site CareerHack.En-Japan.com.
