Mobile-first career change site has joined forces with mid-career recruitment support and management system RecLog to improve hiring efficiency. The site is owned and operated by Japanese veteran staffing firm Persol Career Co. Ltd.. 

Announced last week, the collaboration will let MiiDas clients use RecLog’s technology to manage applications. It can be difficult for companies operating in Japan’s tight labour market to manage applications from different sources. Together, the companies will now manage referral recruiting, recruitment advertisements and direct sourcing, along with the application process. This is in an effort to ensure unity, consistency and efficiency.

RecLog is a service from the No.1 applicant tracking system vendor in Japan HR Solutions. The service is being used by 800 companies so far. It systemizes and streamlines recruitment processes by providing features like recruitment page management, double-checking application entries, status checks, interview management, mail alerts and liaising with staffing agencies.

Launched in Nov. 2015, MiiDas helps job-seekers determine their market value based on history, experience and skills. The site draws this information from the three million job changes it’s facilitated. Registration is free and gives users access to job offers directly from employers. The site has at least 10,000 registered users.
