Leading South Korean auto vertical EnCar.com has introduced a free price calculator to help used-car buyers find quotes, based on a vehicle’s condition.

The auto vertical has been providing price information based on machine learning analysis of 800,000 units listed a year, for quite some time. Now, these estimates will take the condition of a vehicle into account as well.

The company said users can search vehicles by the manufacturer, model, year, price and condition. “This allows the consumer to easily select the desired vehicle within a given budget,” the site said in a news statement.

SK EnCar started its used-car business in 2000 and has successfully combined online and offline services. It also offers a car inspection service based on 105 critical points. Its number of web and mobile visitors has grown to more than 400,000 per day.

Last year, CarSales (ASX: CAR) took full ownership of EnCar.com in a deal worth $244 million AUD ($184 million U.S.). HiCarz is EnCar’s main competitor in Korea.
