Kanagawa-headquartered staffing firm JPosting has introduced a new jobs search engine called ReBss.jp in Japan to help companies acquire talents.

The job-matching site was launched early this month and shows the eagerness of local businesses to capitalize on the tight jobs market. Job offers have greatly outnumbered job-seekers in the country.

Recruitment sites are coming popping up one after the other in Japan. At least two jobs sites and an app were introduced in the last two months: Affiliencer LLC (we reported on it here), Job.Cosp.jp (here) and CosMika (here).

Established in 1998, JPosting also operates recruitment management systems JobSuite, Traax and CareeSta.
