Career change site, which is owned and operated by Tokyo-based Career Index Inc. (TSE: 6538), has formed an alliance with, a job site for the IT and web industry.

Announced last week, the partnership enables information technology professionals to register or both sites simultaneously. The partnership will also allow the two to share listing, thereby bolstering their offerings in the tech industry.

CareerIndex has been operating since Jan. 2006. It currently lists more than 600,000 job ads. Joins-Job (ジョインズジョブ) is a three-year-old start-up with a small number of job openings. Backed by internet business ITI Inc., it’s been operational in Japan since 2012.
